us lead lives that are on-the-go and filled with activity. When we finally take
a moment for ourselves, we collapse in a heap of exhaustion. We have an "on"
button and an "off" button but nowhere in-between for being relaxed yet focused. Restorative
yoga poses teach us how to find this balance.
Attend one
of these practice sessions to learn a sequence of restorative poses for relieving chronic stress, aches, and imbalances in
your life. We will use props to completely support the body and move the spine
in all directions. Changing the flow of gravity by inverting the legs and torso,
allows bodily fluids to reverse direction and nourish all the organs of the body. You return
to daily routines feeling refreshed and renewed.
